RESERVATIONS AND ACCOMMODATION
The management of IMPULS Ltd. undertakes to ensure the use of the services requested and paid for by the client by online reservation, in their full quantity and quality according to the data provided by the client through the reservation form: name of the client, period, number of nights, number of adults and children, price per night.
All customer’s wishes filled in the “Note” field of the booking form will be satisfied if possible.
In the reservation for children, only those persons who are under the respective age on the date of arrival will be accepted.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
The prices on the website of IMPULS Ltd. are in euros (€), including VAT, tourist tax and insurance. The total amount due by the client is calculated automatically, depending on the number of days, the number of adults and children and the current price offer for the relevant period.
When booking online for guarantee purposes, it is necessary to pay 50% of the total amount of the reservation at the time of booking, by debit/credit card or at the latest by bank transfer within the specified period after booking.
IMPULS Ltd reserve the right to change prices and special offers on their website depending on demand and current availability. For bookings already made, confirmed and paid, the amount due will not change regardless of new price offers presented.
CANCELLATIONS AND BOOKING CHANGES
In the event of cancellation, non-use or modification of an already paid online reservation by the customer, IMPULS Ltd. will refund the amount paid upon request, charging the appropriate penalty:
Changes to the reservation without penalty are made up to 7 days before the check-in date.
Cancellations without penalty are made up to 7 days before the check-in date.
Changes or cancellations after this time will incur a penalty of the prepaid deposit.
In the event of a refund, all transfer costs (bank charges, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds due to cancellation will be made within 30 days depending on the method of payment, refunds will be made to the card used for the transaction only. Your card details are only used by the intermediary bank and are not stored by us.
PAYMENT TYPES
Payment can be made in 3 different ways:
We accept Visa, Visa Electron, V Pay, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic or Maestro. When you select this payment method, a payment page of our servicing bank (TOKUDA BANK AD) opens where you enter your card details. If you are enrolled in the Verified by VISA or MasterCard SecureCode authentication schemes, your Issuing Bank’s authentication page opens where you enter your authentication password. On a successful transaction, a transaction note is displayed on screen which you print or save.
Your card details are only used by the intermediary bank and are not stored by us.
To protect you from misuse when paying with your Visa or MasterCard, we apply the best practices recommended by international card organisations:
The security of card data entry and transmission is ensured by using SSL protocol to encrypt the connection between our server and the payment page of our servicing bank.
The authenticity of your card is verified by entering a security code (CVV2).
In addition, to identify you as a cardholder, the e-commerce payment server of our servicing bank supports the authentication schemes of international card organizations – Verified by VISA and MasterCard SecureCode, in case you are registered to use them.
At the time of online booking, the said amounts will be automatically withdrawn from your card upon completion of the payment process.
From a security point of view, the maximum amount for card payment is €1,533.88 / 3,000 leva.
Payment of the specified amount must be made no later than the specified deadline after booking. After the payment has been made, it is advisable to send a copy of the payment document to impuls.hotel.spa@gmail.com and it is obligatory to enter the reservation number in the reason for payment.
For bookings with a check-in start date in the next 3 days, it is advisable to opt for payment in cash at reception to speed up the booking process.
IMPORTANT!
If the internet reservation is not paid within the specified time and a copy of the payment document is not sent upon payment by bank transfer, your reservation will be automatically cancelled by the reservation system.
In case you are prevented from paying the amount for an online reservation already made, please notify us by e-mail: impuls.hotel.spa@gmail.com In case of non-compliance with this condition IMPULS Ltd. is entitled to claim liability and penalties for bookings made and not paid.
REFUNDS
In the event that the customer cancels their booking under the above conditions, we will refund the amount via the same payment method that was used for the booking.
Refunds paid by bank card or bank transfer can only be made to the bank card or bank account used for payment. Any bank charges for this transaction are the responsibility of the customer.
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
IMPULS Ltd. undertakes to provide the client with the services requested and paid for in full.
IMPULS Ltd. undertakes not to change the price of the services requested by the client, except in exceptional cases when it is economically justified.
IMPULS Ltd. is not liable for damages caused by the actions of third parties.
Amounts for services requested but not used in full or in part due to the fault of the client shall not be refunded.
The client assumes the responsibility to observe the generally accepted norms of good conduct during their stay at the hotel. All costs for material damages caused to the hotel are the responsibility of the customer.
IMPULS Ltd reserves the right to change the information on this page and the terms and conditions at any time. Whilst every effort is made to provide true and accurate information, this cannot always be guaranteed.
When a customer makes a booking they are deemed to have read and agreed to these terms and conditions. Bookings accepted by telephone, email or via our website are deemed to be an emerging contractual relationship. The payment made is considered as acceptance of the general conditions of stay at the hotel.
In all disputes and legal matters not covered by these terms and conditions and the privacy policy and arising in connection with the use of the site, the statutory binding provisions in the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply.

Alternative consumer dispute resolution procedure – a procedure for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes meeting the requirements of this Act and implemented by an alternative consumer dispute resolution body.

Order
2.1. The service contract is considered concluded from the moment of confirmation of the order by the Merchant.
2.2. If it is impossible to perform a given service, the Merchant reserves the right to refuse the order.
2.3. After selecting one or more services offered on the Merchant’s website, the User must add them to his list of services for purchase.
2.4. When placing an order, the User receives confirmation by email that their order has been accepted.

Payment
Withdrawal from contract and replacement
17.1. In case the consumer has made a payment under the contract with a bank card and has exercised his right to withdraw from the contract, the refund is made by ordering a reverse transaction on the card with which the payment was made within 7 working days.

Identification
The Merchant identifies Users of the Site by storing log files on the Site’s server.
The Merchant is entitled to collect and use information about Users on the basis of and for the purpose of the performance of the contract concluded under general terms with the User. The information by which the person can be identified may include personal data as specified in the General Terms and Conditions, as well as any other information that the person voluntarily provides upon registration. Information also includes any other information that the User enters, uses or provides when using services.
The Merchant may disclose personal data to third parties only in the cases and under the circumstances provided for by law or after express consent from Users.
