The complex has one room of this type. It is specially built for the disabled with bathroom facilities for maximum convenience and self-service. The flooring is carpeted.

Room facilities include a single bed and a seating area. For maximum comfort we have also provided air conditioning, flat screen TV, clothes dryer, wardrobe, closet, telephone, electric kettle, minibar /for an extra charge/, iron, bathrobe, slippers, hairdryer, Wi-Fi. The room has a balcony, and if necessary we can provide a wheelchair.
